Services Firm Expands to Serve Growing Demand
ATLANTA, GA - May 16,
2005 - Callaway Partners, LLC, an accounting
professional services firm, announced today that
Stephen (Steve) H. Rogers has joined the firm
as an equity partner and has been appointed Chairman
of the Board.
Rogers has been involved in the
audit profession serving large, complex public
companies for more than 31 years. He was a partner
with Arthur Andersen LLP for 19 years where he
served as managing partner of the Atlanta office
from 1996 to 2002 and the Southeastern Region
from 1998 to 2002.
A member of the Board of Partners
of Andersen Worldwide S.C. from 2000 to 2002,
Rogers also served as chairman of the Strategy
and Investment Committee and was an administrative
board member of Arthur Andersen LLP, the U.S.
member firm of Andersen Worldwide S.C.

Prior to joining Callaway, Rogers
served as a consultant in an oversight role, unrelated
to Andersen business, for the financial restatements
of a large public company with massive accounting
fraud. His role included oversight of 330 CPAs
and accountants and the interface with the outside
audit firm.
Rogers is a CPA and graduated
with a BS degree in accounting from Indiana University
in 1971. He currently serves as a member of the
Board of Trustees of the Woodruff Arts Center
and is a member of the Atlanta Rotary Club.
